Contact messages

When you submit the contact form, we use your name, email address, and message to respond to your inquiry. Messages pass through Resend to the configured recipient’s email inbox. The application does not store contact messages in its database. Email retention depends on the receiving mailbox and mail provider settings. Please do not include sensitive information.

To limit repeated submissions, the application stores a keyed digest of your IP address, an attempt count, and an expiry time. It does not store the raw IP address in these counters. Counters expire after 15 minutes and are removed when later submissions are processed.

Hosting and technical data

The hosting provider may process routine request data such as IP addresses, user agents, and timestamps for delivery, security, and reliability. Retention and processing depend on the environment where this reference is deployed.
